We brought furniture new house ( all furnitures) ,they said they we deliver everything and in 72 hours we should report if there is any damage . We reported to them and they said they will replace it . But it took months I kept on calling them and the customer service lady Tassnim she won't even listen to what her customer have to say . I had to tell her to stop and listen to your customer . But her response was we can't do anything it will take another 3 to 4 week to get it . I should say I really dint like talking to her she was quite rude .I told her I was told 4 week ago that it will come in 4 weeks
And now finally when they replaced it they said it's all inspected and when we open our recliner was really bad . Now I have to open then other stuffs to see how bad that might be
And today when my husband got a call from them at first they said they inspected all stuff, but when we told them about damage they started giving funny answers and now they are going to send again that technician who will just come and say manufacture defect and runaway
Please my friend I want to rate this place negative not zero or something lower than negative
Please donot get your stuffs from here
It's a true experience that I had there
